need a oil change before trip got me in super fast with moving scedules around reminded me that I would need tires by end of year and went over possible fit and prices

CALLED MATT AND ASKED WHEN HE COULD CHANGE THE OIL ON OUR CADILAC & MUSTANG THAT WERE BOTH PURCHASED FROM MATT. HE THOUGHT TUESDAY WOULD WORK I SAID OK BUT I HAD NOTHING TO DO MONDAY SO AFTER SOME JUGLING SOME OF THE SHOPS SCHEDULE HE WAS ABLE TO DO BOTH ON MONDAY! WHAT A WAY TO KEEP A CUSTOMER HAPPY 5 GOLD STARS!!!!!

Service was completed in a timely manner and they delivered my vehicle when service was complete. Very. Accommodating. The last service they were able to diagnose and fix a difficult problem.

Josh said the business has never done anything to wrong him. The staff have always been helpful, polite, and courteous. They work in a timely fashion and their prices seem decent and within reason.

Dave said he does not think he would recommend this business. He said there are a couple of other facilities in town that he prefers over this business.

Friendly, attentive and efficient. I will definately add more vehicle and service items to the list.

Spoke with Wanda's husband. He said the staff was prompt and kind. The business got the work done really efficiently and they were pretty pleased with their service, so far.

Never doing business with Associated Sales before I'll admit I was nervous and sceptical but as soon as I walked in the door that feeling was non existant. The knowledgeable sales and service team were great to talk to and down to earth people. No pressure sales is how they do business and I like that. Definitely worth the trip of you are in the market for a quality used vehicle. Thanks to the team who doesnt put the ass in Associated you guys(and gals) are awesome
