Joleen said she wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the body work, because they didn't fix her gear shift. Joleen explained her gears work, but she can't see what gear she's in. Whatever gear she's in only reads reverse or neutral. Joleen stated she didn't rate her overall experience with this business higher because of all the delays. She was first told she would get her vehicle back in 2 days, but got it back 8 days later. During the 8 day period she was told she would get it back a few different times, but it kept getting delayed. The delays were caused by a lot of additional damage they kept finding. Joleen emphasized even though it s?$ked not getting her vehicle back on time, she totally understood the reason for the delay. She added they did a good job, and were very apologetic. Joleen pointed out she had gone to this business in the past, and the same person who helped her with everything at that time, helped her on her most recent visit to this business. She went back to this business for her most recent repairs, because her past experience with them was an 11 on a 1 to 5 scale.
