Honest and Fair
On my initial visit to get my vehicle repaired, some of the issues my car was having, was diagnosed but not relayed to me. I know that this is not their standard operating procedure. When the problem re-occurred and I took my car back. Ron, the manager, said that they would get the needed part and fixed it at no charge. I feel like this was a unique situation and Ron made it right! I would highly recommend Auto Lab as a shop that is honest and has integrity! I will definitely go to them in the future.
