Very good experience, happy customer!
My car is old and required someone who could manually use tools and experience instead of a computer program. Good solid work, my car runs really good now.
My car was stolen. My second time going to European autohaus. They repaired my diesel audi from the thieves filling it up with gasoline. I'm super impressed with the quality and speed they handled my vehicle both occasions. Thank you Beau and your team.
As usual, great service and courtesy. Got the job done very quickly. Are always very honest and tell you what needs to be done jif there is a concern and in what time frame if snything is of concern.
Great service, honesty and courtesy. Let you know of any concerns and, if so, time frame for repairs if needed.
I called and asked quote for a vacuum pump to be replaced. I was given $2050. I drop off my car. I get the call that car needs to be diagnosed. $370. On top of the original quote. I ok the diagnosing. I get the call that not only pump but oil pump as well needs to be changed and it will be $3950. I ask why? Well, the oil pump is $1500 more. I hate it when I am treated as I am stupid. I asked who quoted you the oil+vacuum pump. Vague answer. I told them where to buy it, for how much ($430 for the oil+vacuum integrated pump=one unit). Well, the screws are aluminum and one time use, so we need to replace those as well. What? extra $2000 for this job? An $80,000 german car has oil pan affixed with aluminum screws. I hate it when they treat me as if am stupid. We finally agreed to do the job for $2780. Last time I took my car there. Mechanic admitted it was not a hard job. I call it an easy ripoff. Job required oil change, and car had when I picked it up 3 bars worth of oil out of 5. Is that one quart short? I never put oil in any of my cars and call job done until I measure oil. I doubt they did. I live in Col Springs, and need it ride to get it to this place and pick it up as well. If it was in town I would have never let them do the job. I saw the Bosch service and fell for the place. I keep being told it is not the brand, it is the people who represent it.
First time using these guys. Was extremely satisfied with their quick diagnosis and repair of my 2013 BMW X5…all done in one day. I would’ve paid triple the amount at the BMW dealership for this repair and would’ve been without my car for 3-5 days. Professional and courteous.
Great job!!!
Honest assessment of what my car needs to get repaired to get it back into shape. There is no pressure to get it done all at once. Very friendly staff. I will continue coming back
They did NOT have the courtesy to explain me what they did Until I asked
They charge me almost a $1000 looks like to change the transmission oil .
The worse Mechanic Shop I’ve ever been a rep off!
Jeremiah & Chris were excellent at communicating from start to finish. Very important for me.
Also the replacement fuel pump&module are doing well-I made the last 1300 miles of my trip in good shape. Thanks again.
