Service Checkups are quick and efficient.
Scheduling got mixed up for the appointment but they made up 100 percent by finishing the service an hour earlier than expected. I can tell these guys work hard and work for the convenience of the customer. It is much appreciated.

Lazy Service Advisor
Because of the service advisor, vehicle sat for over an hour with no notification. 11:00 appt for oil change (said an hour to complete, would call) took over 2 1/2 hours to technically complete because of a lazy service advisor. When we had not heard from him, we showed up at dealership after 1:30 to be told it had been ready since 12:30 but he couldn't do paperwork because someone was at lunch. Never once apologized for any delay and even got smart mouth with me. Very unprofessional. Below question ask if I would recommend this business to a friend, I will have to say no as long as he is a service advisor.

There's nothing special I can say.
I was told my visit would take 3 hours. Couldn't tell me what the recall was for. I chose not to have a friend drive me back and forth. Due to bad weather. Glad I didn't because it took less than an hour to check battery harness. It would have been nice to give me more info when I asked during initial phone contact. Other than that they were a typical service department.
