Oil Change Mixup
I was in for an Oil change last Saturday which I had signed up for online. Apparently I check drop off intead of Waiting and was told that I'd have to wait 2 hours for an Oil Change!
The Service provider was very accomodating and got me out in 1 hour. I was pleased and impressed. On the negative side, I cannot understand why they only had 2 mechanics working on a busy Saturday! I would think they would schedule more people knowing Saturday in the service dept is a super busy day.

Waiting area needs to improve.
The service of my car was done in a timely manner and and it was done satisfactory.
In the waiting area I would like to see a couple of computers for customers to use while they wait. There used to be some and now they are gone. What happened?
Also there where some people talking too loud on their cell phones which is very distracting while trying to read.
