Heather we are sorry that you were unhappy but as we explained we do not use customers parts.  We guarantee all our parts for 2 years or 24,000 miles.  We can't do this if we don't source the parts.  Our prices are higher than some, our techs are all ASE certified and have up to date training which is again why we offer a guarentee.

Spoke with Russ's wife. She said she has always been pleased with the business. During her most recent visit however, she brought her vehicle in for a full day but they were unable to fix it because they didn't have the part necessary. She had to go on a trip with her vehicle still not fixed and bring it back again for a full day once they got the part, which was inconvenient.

Heather, glad we were able to help.  We do apologize if we weren't our friendly selves when you picked up.  The fact that we are so busy does not give us the chance to be as interactive with our customers as we would like.  It's good to be busy, in fact we are looking for more techs, but it does have it's downside.  Thanks for understanding.
