I ordered my graduate sweatshirt from them, and this was the only piece of memorabilia I was going to have from my Masters experience. Graduating in the middle of the pandemic was hard enough, so at least I would have a cool sweatshirt to feel a little more normal.
3 months later, no sweatshirt, no money, I was yelled at, hung up on and so this is my only recourse.
I emailed yesterday to ask for the tracking number for the 3rd time since August. I was then told they were out of it and I should be looking for a refund eventually because they were running on generators.
I called this morning to see about an exchange, but never got a chance because the owner interrupted me, started yelling and speaking to me as if I was a child. When he was done belittling me I explained that wasn't why I was calling and he could have saved the lecture if he let me finish a sentence. He then told me I'm not getting the sweatshirt and a check would be in the mail. But the address isn't valid so he was going to refund my card. He then hung up on me.
Here's the problem, how do you refund a card when you hung up on the customer before getting their information?
