We needed a last minute inspection of my Ioniq. We had accidentally driven over a curb & needed to check that there was no damage. The staff took me in ASAP, let me know what happened, & charged me a small amount for the service.

I was a little disappointed to come in for my oil change and find out the price had almost doubled from what I usually pay. However, I was able to get two tires changed for a low price, and they were matched with the other two tires that were on my vehicle. Balise Hyundai's service division has been very good with informing me, this time, of all of the things that needed immediate attention on my vehicle.
