Gwinn said she wasn't satisfied with the repair because the rear bumper that was replaced doesn't meet smoothly on one side of the vehicle. Also when opening the hood there should be two arms to prop it up and there is only one. There is also some type of cover that is missing from one of the headlights. She chose not to rate her satisfaction with the communication of the shop. She thinks she signed off too soon on the repairs because she doesn't know very much about the repairs that were done.
