issue was state inspection failure
took truck in for thermostat and had a leak after repaired, took back to get thermostat leak fixed, happy with that part of the repair but i also asked for a mo inspection. the inspection failed for a leak at the steering gear, the leak drops about 4 drops on my driveway over nite, i took to another location to get state inspection redone and they found nothing that would cause a fail inspection, i have used barr auto several times and been pretty happy with repair , i think the failed inspection was because they had to redo the thermostat
