Ray said he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, nor was he satisfied with the communication. He was given an initial estimate based on looking at the outside of the vehicle. He was told he would have a new estimate after the vehicle had been opened up. Instead of getting a new estimate he was called 3 or 4 times and told something new needed to be approved each time. He said he expected 1 call about the additional work and was annoyed by the 3 or 4 calls he received.
