Donna said she rated her overall experience with the business a 3 instead of a 5 because it was originally supposed to take 3 and a half days and it ended up taking 10 days. She is satisfied with the quality of the repair. She does need to go back to the business because she does not know if they messed with her wiring because her electric hatch will not work. Her vehicle was ready 6 and a half days late because the business was short staffed and someone did not convey the messages to the paint department. She was not completely satisfied with the estimator because he was the one that did not convey the messages to the paint department.
