Dan said the business cheated him out of some of his money. They charged him $500 for his deductible and they were only supposed to charge him $250. He said he will never use them again because they are not trying to make it right. He said he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because they never called him to report on the status of his vehicle. He did not have very much interaction with the personnel. He said he would not recommend this business to others because he feels he was overcharged. He would like for the business to give him back his $250.
