Spoke with Ms. Jack L. She said her husband is 95 years old, and tires easily. She stated this business was quick and efficient. Even though her husband has a hearing problem, they communicated well with him. This business charged them $2,000 less than another auto business they got an estimate from. Everyone was nice to her husband, and his vehicle was returned to him cleaner than it was when he brought it in. Her husband appreciated the cleanliness of his vehicle so much he called them the following day to thank them. When he called, he spoke with an employee named Mike who was very nice to him. The service was very good, and if her husband needs repairs in the future he will return to this business.
