Carl said the vehicle repairs were delayed by two and a half weeks because someone had not closed the hood completely prior to test driving the vehicle and it came up and broke the windshield. They should have provided him with a rental vehicle for that entire time frame but only accommodated him for the last day and a half. It made things inconvenient as he had to rely on other people to take him to work and do errands. The repair work itself was well done.
