Katherine stated that the vehicle wasn't ready when promised. The business had the vehicle an extra month and 5 days. They found additional damage, the paint booth went down and they had to order additional parts. Because the vehicle was supposed to take a month, she didn't get a rental vehicle. She just borrowed a friend's vehicle. But because the repairs took so long she wanted to get compensation for the extra amount of time that she had the friend's vehicle but the business wouldn't compensate her for that. They mentioned that had she had an actual rental vehicle they would have paid for the extra time but couldn't give her cash for something that she didn't have a receipt for. She wanted the business to total the vehicle out but because of the insurance company they decided not to total it and just continue to pay to fix the additional damages that kept occurring. Russell was very informative and did a great job.
