Carolyn said she gives a 3 rating when it comes to her satisfaction with the overall experience because someone was supposed to call her back. However, no return calls were done. It ended up being about a week longer to get her vehicle back and some of the reasons for the delay includes ordering parts and painting a part. She's not satisfied with the way she was informed nor with this business communication because no return calls were done. She suggests to improve on customer communications.
