Kim said the repairs to the vehicle took 3 days longer than expected. They had to order a seal. They also had to order a panel because the one they were sent was black but they needed gray. There were some areas which needed to be repainted. It was not a problem. Greg Hines was very nice. They were very professional. There were no unkind words. They made sure she had a rental vehicle. Their performance was excellent.
