Kevin said that he didn't have any problems with the people at this business but he wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair because there were some parts that didn't get put on the vehicle. They didn't give him an explanation yet of why the parts weren't put on the vehicle because he only found out yesterday. He wasn't promised a time of when the vehicle would be ready. He didn't receive one phone call from this business during this repair process for reasons that were not given to him. Due to the lack of communication he wasn't satisfied with the way he was kept informed or with the communication.
