Pamela said they did not have the part ordered and painted, so they did not have things ready for the repair. The vehicle was 1 or 2 days late because extra parts needed to be ordered. She was not happy with the communication, but she chose not to elaborate why. Overall the gentleman she worked with was very courteous.
