Heather said she would only rate her overall experience with a 4 because her vehicle was not ready when promised. It was 3 or 4 days late because they kept getting the wrong part, so there was a parts delay.

true, it was only on the fourth delivery that we got the correct headlights. the insurance company wrote for used lights and the salvage folks had trouble producing them. we think she is being very nice about it.
