Spoke with Jerald. Jerald said he was out of town when they called him to let him know the vehicle was ready. He called his wife and she picked up the vehicle. However, when the vehicle was picked up, the quarter panels were out of alignment and the driver's side door had not been repaired. That was why he was not completely satisfied with the body work. He was not happy with the person that prepared the estimate. The driver's side door was not included in the repair and estimate. He was told that the insurance company would not pay for more time with the rental vehicle. The woman said to not worry, she would get ahold of the insurance company and after she called, she told him that the insurance company had never called the rental car place. However, she said the dealership would pay for the car rental. Because of the lack of repair and poor quality of the repair, Jerald will not recommend this facility to others.
