Derek said the staff was very good and very nice. They were pleasant to speak with, and they performed a very good job of keeping him updated with email and text messaging services. During the initial estimate, they thought it would be just a bumper replacement. However they found additional hidden damages, and as a result, they had to order 1 additional part. He was 100 percent satisfied with the staff. He would recommend the business very much for repair services without a doubt.
