Bel Air Auto Service - Recent Visit
On Tuesday, 05/15/18, I took our 2011 Buick Enclave in for a tire check. There was a slow leak in one tire. Turns out it was not the tire, but the tire pressure sensor. Ron called a local GM dealer and had a new sensor delivered, put on and I was done in less than an hour. Additionally they had me look under my vehicle while it was up on the lift. The steering rack was leaking power steering fluid. They could have said you need us to fix this right now. A $900 -1,200 repair. Instead they asked me if the car was still under warranty. I said it was and they said take it to your dealer because it was covered by the warranty. I took it to the dealer and it was repaired without cost to me. This is why I will always go to them for any service tha t is not covered by my warranty. Chris and Ron run a first class operation,

Great Customer Service

Lost a lot of money
I really liked everyone at Bel Air Auto Service. I trusted them when I heard a noise and they diagnosed and repaired it. But I spent $1,000 on repairs to a 2009 car & 5 days later was told I would need to spend at least $1,600 for a timing chain. So very disappointed. I asked them repeatedly if I should do the initial repairs or get rid of the car. They said Keep it. It’s a great car. I wish I could get any of that first $1,000 back. $1,000 down the drain, as I could not put $1,600 or possibly more into the car days later. I wish they had told me in the beginning. If they want to refund me any of the $1,000 I spent, at least the labor, I would be very appreciative.
