This transaction has been a nightmare from day one. I just don’t want anyone else to have to go through what we have been through the last 10 months (we were given an estimate of 14 days.)
Please beware of this establishment. Everything has been a disaster. If he couldn’t handle this job he should have just informed us. Now that we have pressured him to complete our engine his unprofessional demeanor is very evident. He is now threatening and taunting us. He uses crude language and has a harsh demeanor when he can’t remember where they misplaced our parts and what the progress was on our engine. We always had to text him for updates that went without responses. Only the brush off and stories on top of stories with more excuses. This is NOT HOW A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS should treat paying customers.Now he is calling my husband a thief?! My husband had to finish putting on parts to somewhat complete the job and get the engine back home. My husband had to work with Joe to get it where we could bring it back home. We do not steal. We just wanted our engine fixed and to enjoy our days on the lake. NOTHING was stolen from him. If anything he has taken time and memories being made from us for the 10 month long run around he gave us. I am beside myself with his actions and threats. To send us an Invoice saying our warranty is now void until we pay you $1500 is unbelievable. Not very Godly by the way Joe. You might find your tool around your weed tray in the shop. Not professional to be doing while working on engines. If I had known, we would have never have done business with you and BIG 3. Please don’t do business here. Just don’t do it.
Update: He sees the review and calls non stop and sends more threats. I get unwell vibes from this gentleman. Not cool
