I brought the BMW in because it had acceleration issues. Turbo bypass valve replaced along with spark plugs and new battery installed. However, the acceleration issue continues. At the end of January, Ignition coils were replaced on cylinders 5 and 6. I was wondering if other coils were checked at that time and could have been replaced. Also, the battery was upgraded, but the battery casing was not put back in place.

Kenny said he called the day before and the employee told him to bring in his vehicle to get his brakes done. He showed up around 10:30 and asked for a rough estimate of time. They said they would be done by 2:30, give or take, but the staff ran 2 hours past the quoted time. When he came to pick up, his check engine light was on, and they didn't really tell him why. He didn't have the time to stay and have them reevaluate that. They did the brakes fine. For the most part, they have been honest and fair with him in the past.
