Shirline said this business was supposed to put gas and temp gages in her vehicle but they did not make it a priority and it sat there for 4 weeks. In addition, on one occasion Tim yelled at her because she misunderstood which battery he was talking about and told the mechanic to use the wrong one. On another occasion, he yelled at her daughter for temporarily blocking the drive way when she had moved the vehicle to allow another customer to get out. She would not recommend this business for service.

Went in with no problems and got it back with a major AC problem
Went in to recharge my AC and they did. 2 days later it stop working. Took back in and was told compression is good, it only had a small leak. After 2 days I called and was told again compression is good only has small leak but having a hard time finding it. After 2 more days i was then told compression is now bad and need to replace whole system for $1000. Went in with no problems and got it back with a major AC problem. Very disappointing.

Darrell said this business is very pricey. He went to a different facility and they charged him half of what this one wanted. Tim seems to be polite. He would not recommend them to others because of the reasons mentioned.
