"tire problem"
technician was able to locate slow leak, but said it was too close to side wall to repair. Recommended new tires.
I stopped at a tire shop for another opinion. They found the leak and were able to repair it.

Besides all the extra perks in the waiting lounge and the car wash before you leave, the staff always go out of their way to check any concerns you have about your car and/or communicate concerns in a non-pressure way.

It is true that our online system does occasionally glitch and not process the appointments through to our system, which is an issue we are addressing currently. However, we should have honored that appointment regardless if it was in our system or not. "Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!"
From the moment we talked to Adam online we were instantly put at ease. He helped locate the car we wanted and walked us through every question we had (we had a lot). Talking terms of the car was a breeze and between Adam and Ted we felt more like family than customers. We can’t even begin to describe how well we were treated and would not hesitate to go back for our next car purchase! Thanks Ted and Adam, you guys are AWESOME!!
