2) on 3-8 I called the genesis concierge spoke with representative who called the dealer to see what's going on, never heard back again
3) I called this morning around 9 am (3-9-21) to genesis concierge and spoke with the representative who stated she called them and made me an appointment for 3-10-21 and I will be getting an email confirmation and someone will call me to come get the car between 9-11, same nonsense story
4) I than called at 11 am (3-9-21) to make sure that this was official and that we are all set to go for tomorrow, spoke with the representative who apologized and she will have the service rep call me right away to confirm. its now 2 pm no phone call, no confirmation, no nothing.
supposedly Genesis is suppose to be this luxury brand and the way they handle these things seems pretty mediocre at best. We are looking to get a new suv for the wife and we like the GV80, but with this much trouble just to do a simple oil change and when I purchased how they hyped up the convince of this service. We will be looking for her car else where, maybe a true luxury brand like Lexus or BMW will do a way better job at this. Extremely disappointing will never purchase or recommend Genesis ever again
