We have been having Car serviced at dealership every time since new in 2023 (second car bought at this dealership). Last service we had in February of 26- the managers recommended at 51K miles to perform front, rear differential and brake fluid exchange to my wife. She had it done at a tune of around $500 dollars. This is recommended by Hyundai to be done at 60K and 30 K for the brakes. We recently had another oil change appointment where they recommended to perform the same items again. She forgot about having this done 6 months ago and had scheduled our 60K tune up with the oil change. They performed all the service (even items she didn't want completed) and charged her again for everything. When she talked to the manager, he argued with her and said that is what they showed was completed. When I tried to talk to a manger about the issue, I was told they would give me a free oil change for the issue. I asked them why they would recommend the same items to a woman to have done without seeing they just performed them 6 months ago. They gave no comment except for she signed the paper to have this completed. I would steer clear of this service center due to they scam and prey upon people to sell them services you don't need (or had done)! This will be the last time we use this service center for our cars and it's too bad that I'm sure others have been targeted on this. Pay close attention to what the Service Managers (Jeff and Joey) try to sell you as Service and be aware they don't look at what your car has had done or need in their shops, just what they can Charge you.
