SERVICE THAT YOU AUTHORIZED AND SHOULD BE DONE ANNUALLY, WE DISCOUNTED $98.50, LAST BUT NOT LEAST, I AM MANDATED BY AAA TO WARRANTY ALL REPAIRS TWO YEARS OR 24K, BECAUSE OF THIS I USE OEM PARTS OR QUALITY EQUIVALANT TOO. OEM PARTS FOR YOUR VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE COST YOU OVER $880.00. YOU WERE CHARGED $718.00. WE TOOK PICTURES FOR YOU OF THE REPAIRS BEING PERFORMED AND OF THE DEFECTIVE PARTS THAT REQUIRED REPACING AND E-MAILED THEM TO YOU. ALL THIS TIME YOUR VEHICLE IS ON THE LIFT AND I`M UNABLE TO SERVICE OTHERS WHILE WAITING FOR YOU. YOU THEN AUTHORIZED REPAIRS THAT WE PERFORMED. I`M SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY IN YOUR HVAC SYSTEM. WE ARE THE BEST AT WHAT WE DO AND VERY HIGH IN INTGERITY, I WELCOME ANYONE TO BRING ME YOUR OLD PARTS AND TELL ME THAT THEY ARE NOT BAD.
