Mike said he brought his mother-in-law's vehicle in to have the air conditioning worked on and he had to bring the vehicle back. He said he had to pay $193, but it got fixed.

Mr. Christian brought her vehicle in for a vehicle ac inspection. Unfortanately, I had to give her bad news. The compressor needed to be replaced. We try very hard to polite, coutious, efficiant, and very thorough. If a 10% discount would make any difference in your opinion of us, please see Dave. I will gladly apologize in person and discount those repairs 10% if you choose to have them performed.

oil change
quick service, but my "service engine soon" light was on and it was not diagnosed, which it should have been, or at least addressed and discussed.

I apologize for our not noticing your check engine light. We do our best to advise customer of potential problems when vehicles are brought in for oil change services. While the diagnostic labor is not included in an Oil Change Service, we certainly should have notified you of it and given you an option of us performing the proper diagnostics.
