After a year of lies and failures, and of course 15k to Burnett's, I started using another garage.
Most of the work I had done at Burnett's had to be redone by professionals, of course it cost another 5k to repair and replace Burnett's mistakes, same part numbers just cheaper?!
On a positive note, it was entertaining to watch people pick their nose then pet the cat! Word of advice, stay away from the cats, people are nasty.
I'm adding a photo of a brand new oil pan gasket Burnett's installed. Looks like the mechanic used an air tool instead of a torque wrench. Just one of many, slap it together quick and hope he doesn't notice repairs. Ask to see all old parts! Make sure you check the part installed, the mistake featured in photo could have destroyed a motor with less then 3000 miles if I didn't check their work! Take pictures, you may need them for court.
My advice.
Spend your money on a lotto ticket, your chances of success will be better.
