Had to take some cars back several times to fix problem as it was mis-diagnosed or had wrong parts installed.

Justin said he was okay with the service and they seemed friendly enough. He said he feels everyone should check the fluids. They did not check the fluids on his vehicle but they did all the work. The day prior, he checked his oil and it was low and so he added a quart. He asked when they were done, if they checked his oil and they went ahead and checked and added oil. He is not sure if that is something they are supposed to do or not. He had a noise coming from the engine when he would turn right. They fixed the struts and lower ball joints and they got it done on time. His vehicle is running well and he does not have any complaints.
