Great service and Location.
I have taken my F-150 to CarLIfe for the past few years. The service is always great and the location is ideal to get things done while you wait for your vehicle. Their followup is outstanding and their prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend CarLife Glendale.

Higher End Vehicles
I have been going to CarLIfe since 2012 for synthetic oil changes and other normal repairs for two of my more expensive vehicles. In my experiences they have been able to do the work for less cost than the dealerships, and they do it in a professional manner. I like that they look up how to do something in the right manner beforehand.. I give them only 4 of 5 stars because in my last experience they did not top of the coolant (like I had asked) while getting an oil / filer change for the Mercedes. What made it worse, when I called to tell them I still had a car message to top of the coolant - they indicated it must be a sensor problem. After this, I topped this off myself with about 1 liter of coolant eliminating the sensor message... I realize this was a miscommunication problem between the front desk and the mechanic doing the work, and it seemed trivial, and so I did not bother to call them back. Plus, they provided many other positive checks / adjustments for free (i.e., brake light adjustment, monitor control resets, and a typical review other vehicle checklist items). In the past they used to give free car washes / vacuum just like most dealerships, but they stopped this when some of the dealerships stopped doing it. Overall, I feel I get more for my money than I do with other oil / auto repair shops, and dealerships.

Definitely recomment
A hub cap fell off some where in the street after we had an estimate for repair, I called Scott, he went out and drove 10 blocks or more to see if it was somewhere in the streets. With this said, he said that he will replace it, but instead of one he replaced all four of them. I believe this is outstanding service.

Great proffesional service every time.
My scheduled appointment was always honored and never changed. Repair recommendations were never forced upon me to get them done. Most shops would tell you that if you dont get this done right away you can have big problems when in fact thats not always the case. Thanks Car Life for your honesty, I'll see you on the next oil service.
