Pablo said that everything from the beginning to the end was great at this facility. The business kept him updated throughout the repair process, was up front and honest. His vehicle's delivery was delayed because of his insurance but the facility kept in contact with him. He stated that he really appreciated that the staff streamlined everything with the rental vehicle including extending his rental due to the delay. He said he felt that the staff is very customer focused and that they coordinated everything to make it easy on the customer. This facility resolved another problem with his vehicle that was not correctly repaired at another facility. He believes that this additional repair was part of the reason for the insurance delay. He really appreciated that the business gave him a key chain, touch up paint and flower vase for being a customer and that sent the service over the top in excellence. He added that he wanted to let them know to keep it up.

Clare said she went to the Seattle location for the work. She was a previous customer. The repair was over the top good. The staff went above and beyond to find a part that was outside of the authorized damage repair. They called all over the county to find the part that was needed. John, the estimator, provided good customer service. She received white glove treatment. The vehicle was returned in a clean condition with flowers placed on the seat. The staff did an incredible job

No customer service on line
8 days my car has been with them. No update on my car at all. I’ve sent emails asking for an update. Not one reply, not one comment. Customer service sucks carstar of Bellevue!

Michael said they did an excellent job. He really appreciates the effort of the whole team. They treated him really well. The rental was setup for him and they worked everything out with his insurance, so it was a hands-off experience for him, which he appreciates. The vehicle was ready early. Wesley said this business went beyond his expectations. He did experience a flat tire right after the repair. They drove to him to repair his tire. Amazing customer service was provided and his vehicle looks new. It was great. There was a minor delay ordering parts, but that was on the suppliers end and caused a one week delay. It was no problem. Molly kept in touch through the entire process. It was great, they are on top of their game in regard to that . The estimate spot on. He was very satisfied with the personnel. Their location is convenient.
