"Poor customer service, broke my car."
Very bad customer service provided by Mike. Brought my car in at the Lehi location to have them fix some cosmetic work on the rear bumper. They fixed the problem and the car looks ok. As I was driving the car after pick up I noticed the latch to the arm rest lid was broken. Plastic pieces on the passenger seat on the mat. I called in explaining somebody during the time my car was at Cascade must have broken the latch. I am the only person driving the car, and the lid was fine before I dropped the car off at cascade. I was treated very poorly by Mike at cascade on the phone who pretty much insinuated I was lying. I understand it was my word against theirs, but, I don't think that should have given Mike the right to treat me like he did.
Very bad customer service, they broke my car, won't go back. Went to get my car fixed somewhere else and forked out the money although they should have fixed it at no charge since they broke it. Talking to them was a waste of time. Very disappointed by the way Mike treated me.
