Dale said the work took longer than expected. Her vehicle was delayed over a week because the insurance company hadn't approved the vehicle for repair. Then the facility got busy and the staff couldn't get to it right away. The staff communicated well and kept her informed. She was unable to evaluate the appearance of the place of business, as her husband had been the one to take the vehicle in.

Michael said it took a while to get a response to his questions. There was no paint work done. He never got a timeline as to when the repair would be done. Originally he was told they would call him when the part was ready, but he did not get a call. He had to call the business to check on it. The day the part came in, he took the vehicle in, and it was done the same day.

Worst customer serviin my life.
I was the only customer in the lobby waiting approximately 10 minutes for an estimate. A car dealer walked in the lobby 10 minutes after me got help immediately. I asked the receptionist if that was the adjuster I was waiting for? She affirmed. I walked outside and confronted the adjuster. The adjuster informed me that I was basically a 2nd class customer to the car dealership and that is why I got bumped. By this time the receptionist was able to summon another adjuster to help me. He apologized for making me wait. I told him I had no problem waiting I just want to be treated as well as any other customer.
