Roddy said he had no complications. Everything went as planned. The trim ordered for the fender was the wrong one so they had to reorder it. The repair was delayed by one day due to that reorder.

Candra said the body work was good but the communication was poor. The vehicle was not ready when promised because when she went to pick up the vehicle, there were two things that should have been done, that were not done. She had to make multiple phone calls to the business, trying to get them to complete the work. Finally, after a month, she went in person. The manager apologized and explained that he had been trying to get the person to go out to finish the work. Eventually, they sent someone out to her house to work on the vehicle. One of the items is still not finished because they are waiting for a part. She was told they would call her as soon as the part comes in. It has been 3 weeks since they told her that. The personnel were courteous when she was there in person, but they were not professional, because they do not follow through. She would not recommend this facility, for reasons previously stated.

Karen said her experience was not good. She thought it would only take 2 or 3 days to repair her vehicle but it took 5 days because of a parts delay. It made her inconvenience other people for rides to work. She is not happy with the professionalism since her vehicle was not completed on time. They should have given her the correct time frame and she would have rented a vehicle if it was going to take so long to repair.
