Robert said he was not completely satisfied because there is a dent on the driver's side door that he asked for them to repair but it came out looking worse than before. He wished they would have communicated more on this or told him there was a good chance it was not going to come out looking good, He may have chosen to wait instead of paying for this. He still rated his experience a 5 because the other work was good.
