Tyler said he can't imagine his experience with this business being much better. The vehicle was done on the day they said it would be, and it looks great. The vehicle was returned in a clean condition, and it is even smelling new.

Eliza said the adjuster blamed the insurance for the delay. She called the insurance company and they told her this business received the money. When she got a hold of someone at this business to ask what the real reason for the delay was they said it was because they were too busy. She really didn't have to turn in her rental and she felt like the adjuster lied. When the vehicle was returned to her it was clean from the outside and the inside smelled like Windex. She saw a rag and so many spots of chemical that she had to clean herself which left marks on the vehicle's interior. Overall the staff always does a great and wonderful job. This business is her favorite place to take her vehicle.
