Cody said the business did an amazing job and the work exceeded his expectations. However, he said he was told 1 time frame when his vehicle would be ready, and it was 2 weeks later before he got his vehicle back. He was not given an explanation for the delay.

Sam said he had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, because his paperwork was lost. The employees were nice. His vehicle looks beautiful, but the driver's side door does not lock and the door that was repaired drags along the bottom so much that it has made a crack from the rubbing. Also, the headlights are not working. He has requested someone to contact him to resolve these issues.

Stephan said repair facilities seem to be not as transparent about cost, up until after getting the bill back from the insurance company. The fixing gets done, and then he gets the bill. He doesn't know if anything can be done about that disconnect. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Nathan said the business was trying to overcharge him for the repairs that he needed to have done on his vehicle. When Geico went to go and observe the vehicle they were able to bring down the cost of the work by $1,000. The business was trying to charge him extra.
