Regular Service
Had 3000k oil, lubes, and filter as well as tire rotation completed. Rob and his crew provide consistent, reliable service as well as general check of fluids, etc. During my visit Rob answered many customer calls and consistently and patiently explained how the process of trouble shooting engine light situations works. I see this as excellent customer service as much time is spent on these explanations. He is informative is informative and provides as much info as he can without actually having a technician look at the vehicle.

Under promise over deliver
Great work reasonable price Robb and his crew always over deliver fixed my rear driver door, axle replaced, new window regulator, fixed my AC and replaced the caytlic converter two business days. Then dropped it off at the detailer for me couldn't be happier.

Friendly and Quality Auto Service
Rob Bennett has worked hard to maintain the trust and satisfaction of his customers at Case Automotive. His work this week on my Acura was fully explained before the work was done, and the work product has met his usual high standards. As a long-time customer of Case Automotive, I intend to remain one of his many faithful customers, and know who to call for service on my car, truck, and SUV.

Do not take your car here
First off they do not know what customer service is. We got there and the guy didn't know what to do. We left it at 9 am and were told a couple hours and we call at 1 to get an update and they just say if we didn't call you then it isn't ready. Come 4 pm we have no call so we go and pick up. Car was in the same spot and not even looked at. We go and ask where the kids are and they were just on the counter. Terrible. Noticed a sign that said give us a 5 star and you get a free oil change. Guessing these are fake reviews
