I’m still waiting to be contacted back by the “Service Manager” of Causeway Ford since damage was done to my Explorer while there for repair. I am extremely disappointed and upset since I was told on Friday night this would be addressed first thing Monday morning. I reached out yesterday (Monday) and still no response. So much for making this right...
