Great Service center experience.
I had my first oil change on my new Hyundai Venue. I was greeted by the staff who told me who Joe was. I had excellent service with Joe Slatterly, he was prompt, friendly and put me at ease. He answered my questions. I was pleased with the service, the wait was not long. I did think they were going to send me a survey, but saved the card to give feedback.
