Daniel said the technician helped him out a lot. He did not have the right tool on him when he arrived. He went back to the facility, retrieved the tool, and returned. The technician was awesome and very informative. He could not have asked for any better service.

Spoke with Linda's husband. He said he could not be more pleased, absolutely pleased and happy with the business. Linda was caught in a blinding snowstorm. She had a two year old in the vehicle and just the day before, had debilitating knee surgery. She was 100 yards in the store's parking lot when the vehicle quit. The staff were all absolutely wonderful at the business. He called triple A, and they were no help. The staff members from the business showed up with a great attitude and installed the battery in the vehicle. The price for the battery was spot- on. If he had gone out and bought the battery himself, he would have had to pay the same amount this facility charged to come to his wife's aid in a snowstorm to do. He stated it gives him a nice warm feeling to know there's a business here in his community that really cares about the people.

I can't drop my van for service so it is great that your service is prompt, informative about upcoming services and your waiting room is almost as good as if I were sitting at home while waiting.

"Fast Quality Service"
I brought my Dodge Caravan in to check out front end noise.It was identified immediately by Andy as a possible bad wheel bearing.Upon further inspection the found both brake hoses in front to be in very bad shape.They repaired everything and I had the vehicle back within a couple hours.they also did a 30 point inspection,topped off all fluids and even washed the vehicle before I picked it up.Now that's service.I have been a totally satisfied customer of Chandler Auto for over 45 years now.Roger and his employees are to be commended for going the extra mile for their customers.
