Very positive. Had scheduled my service with my regular service attendant who was off ill day of my appointment. Lisa stepped in seamlessly and took care of my appointment in a professional and efficient manner. Car was returned sooner than promised and all the service was done professionally. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with her attentiveness and her professional caring manner. You are fortunate to have such an excellent employee.
I say that after owning my own automotive transportation company knowing the value of Importance of a employee.
