Spoke with Ashley. She said the business took two weeks to complete her vehicle due to parts. She is a group home supervisor, and to her, quicker is better because of daily appointments that need to be handled. This business did a great job. She has already recommended them to others.

Carl said there was some slight confusion with picking the vehicle up because this business pushed for him to get it picked up and he left work early, but then when he arrived the vehicle was locked in and no one had the key. The tow-truck driver had it and he could not be found,. It was resolved later and it was not a big issue. He has used this business 3 or 4 times in the last several years because he has their coupon. He has a $500 deductible, but he knows with their coupon it's only $400 for him.

Matthew said he left the vehicle on a Sunday night and it took one week for the estimate to be prepared. There was no promise of time given for the repairs to be completed. When the part was ordered it took a week for it to be delivered. Due to the time it took to complete the repair, he had to call the facility several times to get information on the progress. Every time he called he was treated with courtesy and they were never rude to him. He was told he would be called when the part arrived but this was not followed through on.
