"Quality Service"
Time for the semi-annual safety & exhaust check & found issues that need to be addressed to license again. Issues fixed & the Tundra is back to perking normally & new tags on. Only way it could have been better would have been a vehicle wash...

"Front End Alignment "
I was told by my dealer that I needed an alignment. They wanted to charge me over $120 to do the service. I took my car to Coffey Automobile because I trust their work and the service was going to run me $89. They put my car on the alignment rack and everything was good. The only service I needed was a tire rotation. I'm thankful for someone I can TRUST and how HONEST they are at Coffey Automobile.

Sorry for your bad luck, getting mad at us, because you ran your truck out of oil and locked up the motor, won't help. The only hostility I saw was you getting mad because you didn't like being told you locked up the engie.

"Accommodating and fairly priced"
We have been bringing our vehicles to Coffey Automotive for 30+ years. This visit was for an emergency (flat tire) rather than scheduled maintenance. Despite the unplanned nature of the visit, Eric got me in quickly. I waited while they worked on the tire. They finished their work and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Coffey Automotive is always consistently accommodating and fairly priced. We will continue to use them in the future.

William said he is very disappointed with the business. They have very terrible service and poor communication. They handled things poorly. Their advertisement is very misleading. The service did not keep their promise on fixing his vehicle. Jeff the owner of the business did not pay for the labor. His vehicle is now leaking and there's a lot of damage on the inside of the vehicle. The business should do a better job. William expects a business to have professionalism, great service, and communication.

Sorry your after market parts don't fit or function like factory parts do. If the manufacture won't warranty them we can try to modify them to fit and function better. Universal after market parts are never a good choice, again if you want us to try and resolve your problem we can do that.
