Lee said his whole experience with the business was awful. He brought his vehicle in at around noon on Friday and was told his vehicle would be ready before closing at 6PM. At 5:30 he still hadn't heard anything from the business, so he called to get an update and found out they were closed. He drove to the business and found that they had closed early and they were closed for the weekend. Additionally, his vehicle was left unlocked and the windows had all been rolled down. On Monday morning he called and asked the owner, Mark, why his vehicle was left unlocked. Mark had an attitude and blamed it on one of his employees, claiming that nobody noticed it. He told Mark not to touch his vehicle or do any work on it because he just wanted his vehicle back, but when he arrived at the business almost immediately to pick it up, the staff had just started working on it anyways. When he went to pay for the service, he was told that his stabilizer bar was broken but they tried to solve the problem by working on his brake pads anyways. He knows that his stabilizer bar wasn't broken when he brought the vehicle in, and they would have never done the other work if the real problem was the bar, so he suspects the staff broke it. Finally, Mark charged him almost $10 to pay for the service with his debit card, claiming that was the standard fee for his machine. He was not told before that there was such a high charge to use a card, and if he had known beforehand he would have brought cash. He believes Mark was frustrated with him so he tacked on the extra $10 for no reason, he has never heard of a machine charging that much to use a card. He advises that others do not bring their vehicles to the business for service.
