Var said there was a parts delay which took a few days extra because the parts they ordered were broken. Overall, the employee who took care of him was very professional. He will return to this business when he needs service.

Lindsey said when he got his vehicle back there was some stuff unhooked that he had to adjust. He knows it was connected when he brought his vehicle in. He is still having problems with his vehicle and it may not be associated with what was done. He had a check engine light come on right after the service. They told him they ran it a while and did not see anything so this seemed weird to him. It was not a big deal. They just did not catch it. Their service was very fast and efficient. They missed a few things but it is a good place for service.

Isabell, I want to thank you for being a long time, valued customer of ours. I did try to call you but want to reach out just in case you misunderstood what we were reporting and showing you. Your vehicle may not be leaking on the ground visually but we took you out to your vehicle to show how saturated the oil leaks in the undercarriage and engine compartment. We offered a oil leak analysis/inspection. This Includes adding dye to the oil , and steam cleaning engine upper/lower areas. This helps identify the source of oil leakage.
