Diane said they didn't do very good work. She stated she is thinking about taking the vehicle back because the front bumper that was replaced was not aligned correctly. They left a huge gap. However, Kirk is wonderful and kept her informed. He did an awesome job.

Kyle said he had to go back to this business so they could finish the job. The side of the vehicle needed to be fixed. They did a sloppy clean up the first time. It was fine. He mentioned they didn't call him at all.

Jeremy said overall they are doing good at the business and treated him good there. He rated his overall experience with the business a 3 instead of a 5 because there were some issues with the work they did and it might not be their fault. He needed exhaust work done and the welding is loose and his wheel looks really bad. It is turned in and to the right just as it looked when he dropped his vehicle off. From what he has seen he probably will not go back to the business.

All work performed was done properly and with pride. Unfortunately, we were working on an older vehicle with many miles. The Insurance company made several concessions during the repair process, but were unable to pay for items that were clearly not related to this claim.

Nicole said that after the repair the check engine light has been turning on and off, so she rated the overall experience a 3 since this had not been happening prior to the repair. The vehicle was a day later than promised due to a part delay.
